Don't use 'NAV CANADA' by itself as a thread title
NAV CANADA as a thread title by itself doesn't tell readers what you want to address. Be smart enough to at least include SOMEthing about what you intend to talk about please.
Having a standard that pilots lose their licence after making a mistake despite doing no harm to aircraft or passengers means soon you needn't worry about a pilot surplus or pilots offering to fly for free. Where do you get your experience from?
