Is there any lockers that my daughter,and kids can leave thier winter clothes for a couple weeks while they go on holidays

Are you using a FBO? Or the terminal? If the later, just park your bags under a bench and see what happens

Not sure about Vancouver, but if you google "YVR baggage storage" you may find something similar to what they have in YYC.

There's a baggage storage company located on the arrivals level of the domestic terminal building, by baggage carousel 6.
