Well It's not like they have much competition to compete with. Flying with AC is like living like a king if your compare it to American or some other U.S airlines

Name one airline that hasn't lost bags nor departed late. They don't exist. Also, delays are often not the airlines fault: weather, flow control, etc.

Compared to locost/low service carriers here and in the USA they are quite good. If you read the rest of the article and if you have ever travelled outside Canada it is pretty much spot on from my experience.

BA is my favorite airline. Their business and first class product is excellent. I was a little disappointed with Singapore business class> It was intra Asia, so it may have been a different product. I flew Emirates business class years ago. It was good. South African introduced an excellent business class about 4 years ago. LH on transatlantic is ok. Nothing exceptional. No flatbeds

I gotta agree with the article.

Having flown on most US carriers both first class and economy, AC has a nicer product. AC also has much nicer lounges than United, American and Delta.

I don't know if they are the best of N A but I have really appreciated lately to be upgraded a couple time to buisness although I don't work for AC, just dead heading in uniform between YHZ and YYZ and YUL !

Again thanks to all !

Congratulations Air Canada. But in the international league table no North American carrier will even register. It is like being top of the class in the “special” school.

Of course I am just talking service. The cockpit crews on all carriers are just fine.

Yes, I agree, Air Canada is the best airline offering a Business Class in North America, hands down. I wonder though whether Mexican carriers are considered in this competition.

No surprise on Singapore Airlines either; they have a very loyal following of business travellers and run an incredible business.
