Interesting. I just finished reading the first synopsis and it's pretty interesting that because the crew did not get along, it hampered the safety of the flight.
I have been in the same sort of situation where your calling out deviations and either the other person dosent hear them or they just elect to continue doing their own thing and not informing you. If you fly a two crew airplane, or a single pilot airplane and it's opperated two crew, then either crew member should have the say in what goes on. If the f/o says to go around then go around! It may be a pain in the arse to have to come around and conduct another approach but on short final is no time to be salvaging a blown approach. Just go around, if it's safer to transfer control and have the other guy (or girl) fly the next approach than do it when you are back up at the MSA or whatever, it's better to do a go around than to continue a shitty approach and possibly kill some people.
Maybe people who are in management here can chime in to experiences they've had or have with crew members stating that they would rather not be paired with other crew members. Putting two people in a cockpit who do not get along with each other is not a good idea if you can avoid it. It just makes for a more stressful enviroment for both people, there are communication breakdowns, it does nobody any good.

Doubtful, unless someone is planning a media event about them. Both these reports came out months ago with TSB news conferences, and any media attention died out within days of their release.Check Pilot wrote:These may become subject to media attention.
