Bombardier - Production Test Pilot

Just over a month ago, Bombardier advertised for CRJ captains positions, which I applied for.
On their site, it says those not qualifying will get an email to that effect. Others will soon be contacted over the phone.
I neither received an email nor a phone call. Is no news good news ?
Has anybody else interested in the same heard from them or else ?

I applied for that too...and didn't hear anything either...and I was still a Bombardier employee at the time. But I spoke to a friend in another department and he said the job add was just for show...and that the position was already going to someone else internally.

Not very good news indeed. But at least it would have been nice to hear from them somehow, good or bad. But eh! what to do?

Don't take what I said as gospel, it is a second hand rumour from a friend who is still in the company.
