What does it say about a company and its pilots, when you have them offering 3000 a month to fly Captain on King air/ B99 is this the norm? They offered this to a close friend, and after some investigation he discovered that he would be expected to fly almost everyday, with lots of holds in northern communities and they don’t provide a hotel unless it over 12 hours and then you have to share a room with you F/O. Why are people accepting these kind of wages? I guess it’s probably the same guys paying for there PPC! Its great to take a cut to get a start, but at some point you must realize that when you are ready to get paid and move out of your parents basement, some snot nose kid will be there willing to work for free just like you did!
Good Luck

Probably easy for you to say...maybe sittin up high in the sky with a union job. The reason the current job market is the way it is, is simply a byproduct of those that went before and screwed the owners and a simple equation of supply and demand.
Lets see....unemployment or fly a kingair for lousy pay...mmmm...
Just for the record, I don't work for Keystone.....didn't they lease the kingair to a company out east?
