Wondering if anyone can help me...I am missing the very first page of my Pultz Intrument rating Manual. Precisely page 1.1-1 and the reverse 1.1-2 The rating is done and everything it just annoys me to be missing a page. If anyone would be kind enough to scan those two pages and e-mail (daniel@dvdp.ca) them to me I would appreciate very much .
Furthermore the search for that page was sparked by a friend who said as a CPL with IFR I could do dual IFR time (to an extent) with him that he could log. I seem to remember reading about that a some point in the past. The info is probably in that missing page and if anyone could point me to the exact CARs refering to that CPL privilege I would appreciate. Searching the CARs website is quite tedious and they have a search engine from hell. I gave up after an hour of fruitless serch, perhaps some are more skilled with that than I.
