has westjet considered a type of plane/pilot sharing programe with Aus to fill up their slow season?

is quantas part of the star alliance?

would pilots that work for WS consider moving their for 4 months a year during their high season?

I've never hear of Quantas either.

I'm more familiar with QANTAS, the carrier that was a founding member of One World.
