Not a bad article at all - times rae not what they were pre-Olympics.

Although WS maintains a cost advantage, AC has narrowed the gap. Also, ACs customer service numbers are improving while ours are down.

ACs inflight customer experience is generally better than anything WS has to offer and the WS product is only palatable when compared to operators like Sunwing and Canjet who really jam the people in.

What will Westjet do?

Single fleet, code share, control costs, strategic deployment of fleet, develop markets and be greedy Capitalists - did I miss anything.

Saretzky is a great man for the job and he is well aware of how his main competitor has stepped up their game and strengthened their resolve.

Hopefully the year has seen the last of its casualties.

There is always something interesting going on in this business.
