The Exeltech death has most likely flooded an already saturated market with experienced people. No wonder. And that's only one piece of the puzzle.

But I think I see what part of your problem is. You complain about aircraft maintenance, but you seem to be eyeing aircraft construction. You arent looking in the right places.

I am not restricting my options to only construction, as a matter of fact I have never built new aircraft, only restored, modded, or maintained, etc.... my options are open, I will only limit myself to M2 category aircraft, thats a personal choice of mine... helicopters fall under that category, but I won't work on M1... Its just not my thing
