G8 and G20 security not secure, because of RCMP
It seems that the security company selected by the RCMP to provide the security at G8, and G20 haven't passed the security checks themselves.

Makes you wonder why the RCMP would choose an American company, that has not passed background checks on it's 1100 personnel, to cover the security at the summits.

Plus I am pretty sure they are holding a huge gangbang at CPLATC's moms place everynight. That would explain a lot of the anger.cdnpilot77 wrote:niss wrote:Because if this forum is to be believed they are far too busy drinking & driving, and tazing people.mag check wrote:It seems that the security company selected by the RCMP to provide the security at G8, and G20 haven't passed the security checks themselves.

Re: G8 and G20 security not secure, because of RCMP
Or perhaps more accurately, the RCMP was so out of touch with what is actually involved, that they just assumed that they could give the job to whoever they want, and because they say it is ok, then to hell with the little law that says that security personnel need to pass a background check.
This whole operation is being bumbled so bad, it should ensure that Canada will never host any large event again.

They probably couldn't afford the RCMP because they spent all that money on that million dollar fake lake.

I always seem to forget that 20,000 square km lake conveniently placed in down town TO.
You would think that who ever is in charge of tourism, would remember it though.

If it were up to me we would not spend $1 on security for these buffoons. If they are so scared of the people they represent, maybe they aren't representing us so well...

At least there will be no illegal firearms at the G20 meeting. The gun registry has seen to that.

Ok seriously, does no one think it is strange that the feds are going to "rush" through the approval process for these 1100 American workers, for the 2 largest summits in history?
The back ground checks usually take 4-6 MONTHS, and they are going to do them in the next 10 DAYS.
That should be really thorough
I'm sure all the other governments will feel that the people looking after their safety can be trusted.

I sure hope so. Mega tax dollars urinated away at the YVR Olympics. Now up to 2 billion for this mess. This whole operation is being bumbled so bad, it should ensure that Canada will never host any large event again.

+1
Things are coming full circle. They bust down the Bastille, and they shot the Romanoffs, but the kings haven't learned from history.... and once more, they retreat to their castle....Big fence, lots of security (for the kings, that is)....
...but the natives will get restless again, too.
