R 985 Engine Shipping Crate

Post by Beaver Driver »

I'll be sending my R985 in for an overhaul this fall, and I'm wondering what everyone does for a shipping crate. Pictures and dimentions would be greatly apreciated.

Thank you in advance.

I might be able to help you. I have a crate that we received our 985 in. It's complete with a steel base and cover to protect your precious investment. The only issue is that I'm in YND and your in Saskatchewan. How to get it there?

Cheers.
