If the phone's features are compatible with the service provider; there is no reason for these features to not function correctly. It is possible to unlock a cell phone, but it is also possible to buy a phone that was never locked in the first place. Among others, tigerdirect.ca sells unlocked phones (mine is a Motorola that was never locked and all the functions work, with Rogers).MapleFlag wrote:I have been told that just because a cell phone is "unlocked" many of it's features may not function correctly. While the phone will function as a phone the other fancy apps may not. Is there any truth to this nasty rumor?
