It is not a matter of what you are flying but how you fly it.

That job requires flying at a few hundred feet, sometimes below 250 AGL all day long, on a very precise path, over any kind of terrain. Tolerances are within a few meters, vertically and horizontally. The risk factor is as high as for a spray pilot, if not higher. Aircraft type doesn't really matter in that type of aerial work.

Thats why I asked what kind of flying they do. Cause 2500 for a 172 is quite a bit.( that last statment is not a argument or anything)

I didn't realize their 172 times were so high. I was doing low level stuff (wildlife inventory and telemetry) in a 206 at 500TT.

I talked to a couple of their pilots who were in here and they seem very happy with the company. One just bought a house so they must remunerate well for the experience. The 172 is a fun plane out of the circuit and practice area.

Schedule is variable but 5 and 2, could be 6 and 1 during the summer when things are busy. Fly 50hrs a month offseason and 90 during the summer. Pay is the base+ hourly, probably one of the highest for any entry level flying job. One of the best/fastest ways to get to the airlines imo. Start as an observer in the right seat not logging time for the first 1 to 5 months depending on demand/performance.

Go ahead and call them they do not require 2500 hours as mentioned .
they are expanding the operation and looking for a few crews flying and maintenance
