Someone to install radio in Kitchener

I am looking for someone to install a Terra radio and transponder in a homebuilt in Kitchener. Harness are all made. Any referrals?

PS I know of Kitchener Aero.

it's not in Kitchener, but BrantAero at YFD is an excellent shop. Only a short hop from YKF

I used Kitchener Aero a number of years ago and had a transponder and ELT installed. Unfortunately whoever installed the remote head for my ELT tie wrapped the phone cable that connects it to the ELT in parallel with my starter +12v wire .. the one from the solenoid right at the battery, lots of EMF off that sucker when you start the engine. It took me a while to figure out why the damn ELT was going off once every 5-10 times I started the engine. Caused me no end of trouble at a couple of controlled airports.

Since it's a homebuilt you don't need an AMO to do it so I wouldn't waste the money at KAAV or Brant Aero. PM me and I'll give you a list of some guys in the area that will do it on the side for you. If you're right on the field I could fly in some weekend and install it as I go to Kitchener every once and awhile.
