Workin on the side

Post by rampking »

Hey,
Anyone else doing other jobs on the side of aviation? I am dying to get involved in something else, just don't have a clue as to what. What are you guys/gals into?

Construction pays pretty well too. I work about half as long and make the same amount.

:prayer: Now let me get this straight, there are too many duty time limits imposed to keep pilots safe in the air, but what I am hearing is that instead of resting you are working second jobs ?? :prayer: Did I get this right ?

Why not let the pilots fly 160 hrs a month instead of 80 !!! Would still be less than what the AMEs work

Only 1 post mentions flying and working elsewhere at the same time, the rest are what they do in the off season.

Logging flight hours is not like punching a time-card for your 173.3 hours a month.
