sounds like a nco had way too many wobbly pops maybe after bein gettin orders to do another tour in afganistan( that is speculation of course.)
what cywg airport athority should worry about is the greyhound bus terminal with metered lockers large enough to fill enough stuff that goes bang in to take out the entire terminal .
it sits only 150 ft away . a couple of important cywg people said that there are a different set rules "over there" .
if it is close enough to vapourize hundreds of unsuspecting airport pax I kind want the SAME RULES
they do not have lockers in major canadian airports for over 25yrs for this very same reason it is called security

I hope the MP gets prosecuted in the same manner that they write traffic tickets for going 32 km/h in a 30 zone. Throw the book at him for entering an active airfield without authorization, proper radio, training, the necessary security background checks for an airport ID card, runway/taxiway incursions, excessive speed on the movement area etc. He should get about 10 years in jail - that's what they'd do if they were handling the case.
