Hi,
I wanted to delete a file that I've attached on my profile but it don't allow me to do so. The only thing it allows me to do is update a file over it.
Anyone have an email or contact phone number to get this deleted?
Thanks guys

Re: Deleting files on my profile
I don't like that about the online application. I'm not sure how it does it's scoring either.
For me, the first time I tried to fill out the application, I didn't completely finish. I wanted to take some extra time to come up with good answers to the short answer questions. But when I clicked the save button, I got an immediate auto reply email that said that I met all the pre selection criteria, but I had failed to answer a couple of the questions and that I should complete my application. I re logged in a finished all the questions.
My buddy had said that he got the auto reply email that he met all the pre selection criteria and got an interview within a couple of weeks. But... I waited, and waited and waited. A year went by of me updating my application constantly. No word.
My buddy suggested creating a whole new profile. I did, got the same email... however, I noticed a link in the email that took me to the question that it said that I had not completed... not sure how that happened. But anyways, I completed it and within a couple of week I had an interview date.
Did that make the difference...???? Maybe. Just a thought.

Re: Deleting files on my profile
In the past it has been known for some profiles to get lost in the system. Don't know how or why but my advise would be to call whoever is going to be in charge of hiring and politely ask them if they would check if all is well with your profile at their end. Be nice and courteous and they should be happy to look that up. Only takes a couple of seconds. Hi, how are you?.....I'm Mr / Mrs / Ms .ABC and sorry to bother you but I was wondering if you could please ensure that everything is alright with my profile at your end. Air Canada is very important to me and I wanted to ensure that I've covered all my bases.....e.t.c.
