CR - you're fine with the words! I could use some lessons...for instance -

I once used that similar phrase with my woman...but it went like this:

"There are plenty of fish in the sea - but you're no fish, you're a whale."

I was trying to convey the same message as you, but it just came out the wrong way. Needless to say, I was glad I was leaving town that night...she didn't speak to me for a few days...

Well E for effort, right?

Ah, somehow, I don't imagine the whale part went over too well with her. Good thing you were leaving for a while. I actually read an article in a magazine once. The title was 10 things not to say to a woman. If I can put my hand on it, I'll post it. Its pretty funny, but at the same time, true.

I myself have lost what I thought was my soul mate, thought all was well then it was like a kick in the nuts, literally.

now I feel lost, literally don't know what to do when I am not working.

seriously, to answer your question: yes i do, but it is not a "first sight" thing, it's something that sneaks up on you and makes you feel safe, like nothing can hurt you. I know how you guys feel right now, like it will never get better. It will and hope you can one day feel the same way i do right now, totally safe.

Seriously, sorry to hear that man. If I could say something to comfort you I would...but...my previous flattering comment didn't work so well with the wife, so I guess I'm just not made for the sentimental department.
