Job Description:
Hytek is a progressive Manitoba based company. Hytek and its affiliates have feed and pork operations and genetics sales in Canada, US, and China. We are currently seeking a highly motivated person to fill the position of Corporate Pilot
This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions:
-Daily flights between Steinbach and Neepawa, and on occasion other destinations as requested which may require overnight stays.
-Manage maintenance schedule of the aircraft
-Ensure the recording and reporting of required information into all logs.
-Cost and variance analysis and reporting on Key Performance Indicators vs. budget
-Work with VP Transportation and Logistics on cost savings opportunities in the pursuit of efficient air transportation solutions
-Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate should possess the following credentials and qualifications:
-Commercial pilot
-1500 total time hours
-500 Multi engine time hours (PIC)
-100 make and model
-Multi IFR qualifications
-Solid computer skills in Microsoft Excel
-Highly motivated, organized professional and have the desire to be part of a team
