They would use their civil reg or some other call sign e.g. construction number.

There's a few of them... "First Officer Terrifico" doesn't seem to have a problem with it. "Copilot Gilligan" is a little lukewarm on the whole thing and "Little Buddy" has a bad attitude towards the whole idea of personal callsigns. I don't like flying with him.
