Hello all.
Will the Aerocourse 3 day IFR seminar make a big difference on writing the INRAT? Will I understand the material better?
All the subjects can be studied on my own, what will I get out of Aerocourse after paying $500 more.
Thanks

Re: Aerocourse IFR
Yes and yes.........I did it, and would highly reccommend it. If you take it, try and go to transport and write no later then 2 weeks after the course, while it is still fresh.
The INRAT was more bark then bite......The last question I had was the "8 hour bottle to throttle rule" one. Honestly, I'm not kidding.
It is taught by airline guys wih lots of "actual" IFR time. I did not bother with the IFR groundschool my flying club had. What can you possibly learn from class 4's about IFR
