G-WJAN prepares to land at Toronto (Pearson) with red jazz Air titles on the nose while still operating a Thomas Cook Airlines (UK) flight from Glasgow. The airliner will be turned over to the Canadian carrier on November 5.
Jazz Air in September 2010 announced that it had concluded negotiations with Thomas Cook Canada Inc. with respect to their flight services agreement, establishing the pricing for a five-year term ending on April 30, 2015.
In April 2010, Jazz signed a flight services agreement with Thomas Cook to operate flights for Thomas Cook during the winter seasons (November through April). In the initial season, Jazz will operate six Boeing 757-200 aircraft to various destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Central America from Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax under the Thomas Cook Canada brand, subject to Jazz obtaining the required regulatory approvals. Service will commence on November 5, 2010 and will feature several product enhancements developed jointly by Jazz, Thomas Cook and its Sunquest Division.

Can't zoom in but that better not say Air Canada on top of the Jazz logo like it does on the RJs or DH8! Better be a bad photoshop version or somebody is going to get a hurt real bad.

Scope. Not just a mouthwash.
Re: The first Boeing 757-200 to be leased to Jazz Air arrive
I'm thinking it's photoshopped. Shouldn't it say Thomas Cook with Chorus Aviation underneath????
Re: The first Boeing 757-200 to be leased to Jazz Air arrive
NO!
Chorus Aviation Inc is the parent company to Jazz Air.
Jazz Air remains Jazz Air!!!
I think you will find its a genuine image and my guess is it says 'operated by' Jazz.
Although a grainy image, you can see its a large word followed by a small word so that rules out Air Canada.

If possible...Its better to stop then land...than land then stop!

It will look much better on the 330's when we get them.
Re: The first Boeing 757-200 to be leased to Jazz Air arrive
Your actually hoping it says "Air Canada Jazz" so it gives the grievance some merit ...

The Jazz is added on photoshop. It's pretty obvious.

Interesting, since the aircraft is still in Manchester, and won't be delivered to YYZ until November.airmech07 wrote:it actually says operated by jazz air I saw it the other day in YYZ coming from Glasgow

This is the fake picture.
