Psych ops
Anyone think the colonel could be a victim of Psych ops ?
He was not watched as close as some Generals and he may have been abducted and re-programmed to do the horrible things he was just found guilty of.Maybe some enemies who wanted to embarass our forces.
I hope i am wrong :but if my wag is close there may be more cases to come.

or maybe he's just a sociopath. Toss him in gen pop, and restrict him to the clothes he stole.

Re: Psych ops
I actually grew up in the same neighborhood as Clifford Olson....all the mothers kept each other informed of when Clifford was out of jail and back home...he was a thief in the early years of his career so it was time to lock the doors etc etc.. and yes...I’m posting this from death row in Texas....you see I’m another victim of a cold uncaring society that malformed me before hope and change arrived....

Re: Psych ops
I don't think he was a programed killer or anything becuase he seems to enjoy it to much. It was personal for him. This guy is a Bernardo and would not last last a day on the outside if he were ever released.
On the other hand all those concentration camp and gulag drug & torture experiments really taught us how to create programed mind controlled people if needed. Ah the spoils of war.

That'll buff right out

"Walkin' Round in Women's Underwear" (Wierd Al) takes on a whole new meaning....
"What's it doing now?"
"Fly low and slow and throttle back in the turns."
