After the J-Class Incident, I don't think so! Last time around it was Jennifer Johnston. Who's her replacement?

What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Rick Allen will have the final say on hiring now that Bob Clarke has retired.

There isn't at last report. I am sure he will, or already has delegated the task, however for now send it to Rick.

They may even be choosing to shelter who ever is tasked with the job.

I know I would.

Why confuse things with a nice steaming cup of tea. Rick seems like the kind of level headed leader you always find hiding behind you. Unless of course he's on a flight and then he'll be in J on some sort of PYM.... Maybe if I send him my buddy's name and tell him not to hire him then he'll see the management potential in him and give him a job on the spot minus the Psychometric testing.

Rick will be sitting at the table with all the other hands at the table and they will do their dance and decide a future. It's not just Rick that decides.
