Skyservice Business flow through at AC

Is it true that skyservice business pilots (toronto island) are getting a bottom of the list flow through agreement with AC?

Perhaps a good idea to put them BOTL and ACPA is currently in contract negotiations with the company for a new collective agreement. Could be an article included but I think the company wants several feeder companies to choose from.
