Re: Age Limit
Lets go to all the old folks homes and drag the AME's and pilot's you can find back into the work force and get the work ethic back to where it use to be. We may have to help them read and write so they can meet the safety crap requirement of today although they had a better record of there day.

Re: Age Limit
You cant refuse to hire a drug addict just because theyre a drug addict?
Re: Age Limit
That's right - you have to tell them that they "aren't likely to be a fit for the corporate culture that management is looking for in their highly valued maintenance team" or some similar line of b.s.
("highly valued" - if you're going to lie to the addict, you may as well tell a whopper)
