I think that you are going to get a pretty good deal for $60.
'Faculty of Flight' is lead by a pretty smart group of people that have some high standards for the product that gets rolled out. They created the IFR briefing as a means to better transition students into the condensed Aerocourse IFR seminar, so that the room has some common ground on day one. They are also currently delivering operation-specific CRM training to bring flight crews and medical crews together with several of the major rotary aeromedical service providers in the country, both online and in the classroom.

When I took the Aerocourse IFR, the instructor pointed out that there were two groups of people in the course - (1) People who had already studied and wanted to confirm that they were on track and had it right, and (2) People who hadn't studied, and wanted to know what to study. I was a member of Group #2 and would have really benefited from a pre-course briefing.
I have taken the Air Medical Course, and seen the IFR course, and I think you'll get a good bang for your buck.
