Is this about a potential start-up called "Presidential Airways"? using Navajo Chieftains?

From what I have been reading here on this forum you need 2 million to make 1 million. Is this statement still true? I thought there wasn't any positive vibes for aviation startups in this country whether it's a flight school, charter, fbo or any other.
I really really hope if there is such an outfit called "Presidential Airways" using navajos that they succeed no doubt about that.
