Hiring Question

I have around 4000 hours mostly right seat on a jet. I do not have an ATP. I have completed both the samra and saron. Will WJ hire without the ATP and issue one when you complete the sim, or should I get it done on my own. Also who should I address my cover letter to. Anyone in HR that I can keep bugging?

Wow! How'd you get onboard a company an picked up ~4000hr jet time without having ATP? Lucky you!

You will need the ATPL to be hired.

How do you apply to westjet these days any way, is it through workopolis or the company website?

The company website has a link to the jobs at the bottom. We no longer use workopolis for pilot listings.
