They must be dreaming. They will need to pay per month in wages to get a guy like that that they could just pay once for insuring a lower time guy.
But it is their company.

Enbridge is a major oil and gas company and they are very serious about the safety of their employees, hence the high experience requirements. I would be willing to bet that this job will come with a very attractive pay and benefits package. In my experience, as opposed to air operators, oil and gas companies are happy to open up the wallet to attract and retain the right people with generous compensation. I think this would likely be a great job.

the reason why they want 5000 hours for a twin piston is because they already have a pilot for the job but they still need to post it, so for the job add they say you need 5000 hours. no one who applied via avcanada will get a call.

Apparentyl a VERY good position for the right person

About $85,000 to start

not sure about someone waiting in the wings, I think if there was they wouldn't post it. not like a Gov't job where this happens all the time and the posting is taylor made for the person chosen

You'd likely eventually get a shot at flying their super sexy falcon 2000 one day and get paid six figures. That's a freaking dream job.
