First Air ATR-42 emergency landing Yellowknife Feb 11/11
"The report was that the engine had caught fire, and engine's extinguishment system actually put the fire out before it arrived at the airport. So when it landed, there was no signs of smoke or fire," Loutitt told CBC News.

Hats off to the crew, great job guys! Fire on board is a very stressful situation and it sounds like it was handled very professionally.

Good job to the crew.
Didn't first air have a engine fire a year or two ago as well with the ATR? Shitty trend for the crews on those machines!
