Sounds to me like the court is telling the tribunal to reconsider the case, fully considering and evaluating the evidence that Air Canada is providing, rather than dismissing their evidence that age 60 requirements are necessary to meet international flight requirements, and dismissing the evidence that there are high costs the company might incur if it is forced to raise their mandatory retirement age.
