Does it involve some young pilots and a 10,000 foot runway?

No. It involves tom foolery and courage and stupidity that defies all understanding. Sort of like pushing the limits and not doing a missed approach.

Have you guys heard of that guy that filmed a drive he took in a Lamborghini or something and got charged after putting it on the internet. I don't even know if it's a true story but it sounds good.

I had a Kawasaki 900 Z1, back in ’74. On my days off, I’d drive/race with a buddy, who had a Norton 750 on the Met (YUL).We’d do 3 to 4 loops from Iberville on ramp to the Dorval circle . We’d do it at about 02:00. I remember it as good times, but I would never do that again.

So I wonder...If you get CAUGHT doing this in Moscow, do you get to spend the next 5 years in Siberia....

Or..

Do they just shoot you right then and save the train fare?

Sudbury has surprisingly less traffic jams than Moscow despite the fact that it's over 3 times the size of Moscow.

size of Moscow

size of Sudbury

I know. That's embarrassing. Why they put the airport so far away is beyond me. My best time to the airport from downtown has been 24 minutes hitting almost all green lights and with very light traffic. And with the expensive cabs here, it's 70 bucks to get to the airport from downtown. :?

The thing that pisses me off about the Sudbury airport is that the rental car companies charge for milage. Everywhere else, it's at least 200 klms free a day. Is this a city mandated rule, so some folks will take cabs? I never take cabs. I always rent.
