bandaid..."Work smarter NOT harder!"
Re: Which Canadian Airline would you like to work for?
I take back what I said. It seems they want to work but are flying aircraft that break down a lot. Can't blame them for that.
Re: Which Canadian Airline would you like to work for?
Thanks guys! Pretty interesting results so far, with West Jet in 1st and Jazz a close 2nd... Could this mean pilots are actually more interested in lifestyle, not metal?
Re: Which Canadian Airline would you like to work for?
Looks like it and if you are interested in a good lifestyle and very diverse and challenging flying go with either of the northern airlines, First Air or Canadian North.
The poll may also just be a popularity contest with those responding already employed with their respective airline and we know there are a lot of WJ and Jazz people here.

Just curious then who you would like to work for? Or in what field? Corporate, Heli, Ag, waterbomber, survey, etc...?JohnnyHotRocks wrote:I would not like to work for any of them...
Perhaps this could also be a question of what field of aviation you would like to work? Not meaning to 7500 this thread. Maybe not my place to change it.
Kowalski: Sir, we may be out of fuel.
Skipper: What makes you think that?
Kowalski: We've lost engine one, and engine two is no longer on fire.

Corporate flying....
I had always wanted to fly for AC until I accidentally ended up in corporate and never looked back. Great money, amazing schedule, great layovers. When AC called years ago I couldn't stomach the huge paycut!

Always wanted to fly a 4 engine airplane for Air Canada but it will be in my retirement dreams. I suppose I can always buy a model of the A340and practice T/O and landings on the coffee table
