Anyone know what Georgian is doing in Spain and who they are flying for?

I heard they were sending a B1900 to Africa for some contract work. Maybe it's in the midst of a ferry flight?

The contract is in Western Africa with the B1900 (s) based inTenerif (Canary Isld) flying to a bunch of places in WA.
