Testing Centre Hours of Operation

Does anyone happen to know Transport Canada Testing Centre hours of operation (yyz/yhm)? I have called a couple of times but got a voicemail.

Hamilton is 8 to 4 as I recall but you aren't allowed to start writing any new exams after noon

In addition to that Hamilton is closed for writing tests on Wednesdays. I can't recall the hours of 4900 Younge (they're similar to Hamilton's), but they only do tests on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
