Missed Connection/Missing Person

Hi Everyone,
I don't think this is breaking any forum rules (I read them all...) but I was wondering if the forum could help me find a specific lost pilot.

I was recently scammed online by someone purporting to be a pilot - the photos below are the photos the person used to try and scam me. It turned out that the scammer was not this guy or a pilot.

I was hoping I could find out who this person is and let him know that someone has stolen his identity/photos etc... I

This person is Canada based too... I think east coast, maybe Halifax or St John's.

Probably a long shot, but can you enlarge his ID badge in the first photo using editing software?

I asked someone to do that in advertising and they said that they couldn't apparently those CSI type devices don't actually exist. The resolution of the photo limits stuff like that...
