Anybody know anything about Air Georgian operating in Africa?

There is a company from Georgia (Georgian Republic) operating for the UN. They lost an aircraft a CRJ100 at Kinshasa a few weeks ago. They are not affiliated with Air Georgian of Canada.
I believe they go by the name or Georgian Air Services.

Air Georgian is operating in Africa using GGN pilots, another company is leasing the a/c
