Coz i haven't seen any asian working in the company so far, as far as i saw at the airports.

i thought my chance of joining would be very slim but now i guess i need to earn my time up in order to be considered as a very competitive candidate.

There are 5 pilots of Asian background I know of flying for the company.

awesome, i was quite depressed previously coz couple of my frds said asian are hopeless for joining airlines in Canada, particular those bigger one of the country. It's a big relieve for me.

It's illegal to do what you are talking about in Canada, although it might still happen at the smaller companies your best bet would be the bigger companies. The better question is what kind of experience do you have and are you a good person to work with?

This is Canada we left that attitude in the 50s....(I hope). I know Asian guys at all major airlines in Canada.
