Narrative: Area Control Centre (ACC) received call from Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC). A privately registered Cessna 180, VFR Bedwell Harbour (CAB3) to destination unknown, while attempting a departure from Bedwell Harbour flipped over. Two persons on board were uninjured. JRCC is attending. A trawler is towing aircraft back to shore.

Narrative: UPDATE from JRCC Victoria; A1 - 040316z. Bedwell Harbour crash (484486n 1231393w - Bedwell Harbour). Report of plane crash in Bedwell Harbour. CG Siyay and CG Ganges tasked. Helicopter stood down after a vessel of opportunity (VOO) recovered the two pobs who were standing on the pontoons of the o/t float plane. The plane had crashed on its third attempt to take off. One pob had minor injuries. Cape Palmerston - 2.1, penac - 0.2 [v2011-00988]
