While it is strictly an American survey, some may suggest that Canada is not far behind.
A list of the most hated companies in America
#8 American Airlines
#7 United Airlines
#6 US Airways
#2 Delta
Kinda sad this is the experience the general public get from flying.
No representation from eveil big oil? or insurance companies?? I find that extremely odd. Makes me take the entire survey with a huge grain of salt...
And as mentinoed above, I'm sure the fling public would get slightly better service if they paid a reasonable inflation adjusted fare over the years, which is in the ballpark of 4's for a transcon round trip instead of B!tching about $400 return flights and the level of service
People only will truly be happy(with airlines) if they didn't have to pay for their service. Or, with fares that can be cheaper than a taxi ride from LBPIA to downtown YYZ. Same people object to paying any tax, yet expect services........ (sigh) why waste bandwith on such commentary.
Huh. Most days I am very happy with the Canadian carriers. On occasion flights are late due to maintenance or weather which I would imagine the operations people have little control over. Maybe passengers should offer to pay double the published fare so the airlines could have more extra planes and crews sitting around waiting for the 1% chance of a delay. And if you are measuring AA, United Continental or, lets face it any American carriers service against AC then you havn't flown them in the last twenty years.
