Float/bilge pump
The manual float/water pump that came with my Cessna 180 is not that good and I am looking for a new one. Where can I order/find one specifically for pumping the floats?
Cheers

Goulet Aircraft Supply: http://www.gouletaircraft.com/ and likely Aviall: https://www.aviall.com/aviall/login.seam Aviall has locations in most major cities...
Note - you can get them in long (C-185, DHC-2, DHC-3 etc.) or short (Beech-18 - or other aircraft where stroke is impeded by obstacles). You'll want the long one, especially if your floats leak, and to prevent back ache from bending over. However the short one can be handy for tucking in small spaces.

Re: Float/bilge pump
I ended up doing a detour through Orillia and I got a pump there....
...but that I am back in Yellowknife, I just realized that I am missing a float plug...is there a place in Canada where it can be ordered?
thanks
