CMA Jumpseat
I work for WJA. Can someone from CMA tell me how to get on the reciprocal j/s?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: CMA Jumpseat
I used to work there, and I can tell you that as long as the people currently in the HR department remain, CMA will never have a reciprocal j/s agreement, as it would be "unfair" to the other employee groups.

This kind of "pseudo-Communist" logic towards jumpseat policies for pilots or crews has always puzzled me. Why doesn't CMA put their money where their heart is towards "unfairness" and create a single, common salary/benefits package for all CMA employees, regardless of position or years of service, from everybody from the CEO all the way down to the ramp rats? After all, one person who works in an air conditioned office pushing a pencil earning more than somebody freezing their balls off but working up a sweat on a cold/wet ramp is "unfair" also.
