I've stayed at the Whyndham for around 70$ if I remember (12505 Cote-de-Liesse Road, Dorval, CA, H9P1B7) Free shuttle and can't be closer to the airport.

Try Fairfield marriot, near the airport (not AT the airport).
Think it's 70 bucks, breakfast and shuttle included. Nice and clean rooms.
