Mig, I'm sure that some members here, as well as all the idiotic commenters on CBC.ca and the G&M.com, feel that the day after AC shutters the operation, that WJ and Porter, TransAt and Sunwing will immediately fill the void. Then all the American Carriers will all flock to Canada! If a key cog in the transportation industry in Canada goes "under", I would think that immediate ramifications would follow. IE:Drop in Airport Rents, NavCan Fees, Airport Fees, Air Security Fees, Taxes, Landing Fees, etc. Yeah...that'll all be fine the next day. Maybe they wont even lay off any of the airport's support staff like re-fuelers, food servicing staff, concession stands staff! It'll all be good!
