Starting wage is around 40k + 9 air time after 20 hours in canada, and 0 hours for overseas. Per Diems are based on area of operations. Schedule is also dependent on area of operations, usually at least 50% time off for time worked though. So if you work 20 days you get 10 off. Operate in Canada, Chad, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Currently looking for overseas people though. Travel is included in your days on, training may or may not be included on days on, though it normally will occur on days off. RRSP matching plan with standard benefits for health and dental. Overtime paid on days off worked. Can't thinking of anything else right now. Feel free to pm with questions or more details.

Cheers

Great place to make some money and build some time. No training bonds but if you are any kind of person, stand up to your side of the handshake and put in a year or whatever agreed upon. Great OPS manager and a relaxed atmosphere, make sure you want to do the overseas and if not, dont waste your time or R1's time. This coming from a past employee. Variety of flying and great people.

One of the better places I have worked. Treated fairly, paid well and great bosses. As mentioned above, don't apply if your not willing to go overseas. If you want to work with a good bunch of people and travel lots then R1 would be a good fit.
