I know there might have been multiple posts about paybands but is there one for the 2011 Canadian pay?
Thanks in advance.

There are public sources that publish the collective agreement which shows rates for salaries (not sure if its totally up to date, however, its a good start). They show base salary based on the site classification (ATC-1, ATC-2, etc.). There are lots of things like site premiums, shift premiums, OTJ training extras, overtime, language recognition, etc, that will affect the take home pay.

There are huge differences, from a year 1, ATC-1 at 60,000, to a year 11, ATC-7 at 130,000. That does not include all the above extras.

I do not work for NC, so most of this information is from my personal research in to the career. However, if you look in to the union that represents controllers, they have a lot of information on this.
