I think your thread should be titled "Experience says nothing about Professionalism". There's nothing in the articles that says that the pilots in question didn't know anything about flying airplanes.

Somewhat agree. Although someone who gets into a fistfight with their FO surely is not competent to do the job.

After crew members alerted the tower, cops prevented the takeoff. Washington failed a breath test and was subsequently fined and given a 10-month suspended sentence.
This guy wasn't fired?! Or does the "10-month suspended sentence" mean that he was fired and put in jail for 10 months?
