Are you a high level IFR ATC from Moncton center?

Or perhaps you are one of the contrails we see at FL340 and above?

I was just kiddin around. The men and women of our FSS's and towers do an excellent job day in and day out. Like anywhere, someone takes it to the next level and thinks they own the airspace. Fly there enough and you'll know what i'm talkin bout.
